  • Collect'O is a digital solution for the digitization of food aid, co-constructed to measure, developed and deployed with a metropolitan area and its major associative partners, to identify and standardize supply and distribution cycles, to ensure that beneficiaries receive fresh produce immediately, and to improve existing processes.
  • Contents: The solution is structured around 7 sections, 5 of which are business-specific and 2 for tool management and configuration:
  • PICK-UP: Links pick-up schedules, regular or occasional donors and management of the unexpected.
    Highlight nearby collection sectors to optimize time and transport costs. Pooling different schedules across a metropolitan area to optimize coverage and increase donation volumes. This section is open to all organizations and can be accessed via cell phone to enable pickers to consult collection points and optimize their transport. Statistical indicators to highlight potential uncollected donors, and assess the frequency, volume and/or quality of collections.
  • ORDERS: Allows you to manage the procurement of food from the Banque Alimentaire by associations and social grocery stores.
    It includes a 'shopping page' similar to an e-commerce site, on which associative partners place orders and configure menus.
  • DISPATCH: Enter the number of beneficiaries and arbitrate quantities according to this criterion. Also manages the distribution of sensitive products with limited stocks.
    Used to distribute stocks between associations, this is where you enter the number of beneficiaries for the following month. This section also covers the possibility of pooling orders, so that the Food Bank can order large volumes and negotiate prices.
  • SMALL PARCELS: This menu is used to manage the entire emergency parcel preparation axis.
    In conjunction with social workers, we can enter orders that are calculated according to household and family composition.

  • MESSAGING: An instant messaging system for exchanging information and linking all players in the metropolitan area.
    It's more responsive than email, and can be accessed from a cell phone, so you can take photos of things to share with the rest of the associations (good deals, product breakages on delivery, etc.).
  • MANAGEMENT & SETTINGS: The two bricks for managing and setting up the Collect'O environment for each organization.
